Description
A patiently crafted blend of two unique Straight Rye Whiskeys aged in the mighty Texas climate and thoughtfully blended in small batches by our small family.
First, we age 95% Rye from LDI/MGP for at least three years in select white oak casks, and 51% Rye from Tennessee for at least five years. Then we blend the two in small batches and return the mix to used Bourbon barrels to harmonize and marry until finding rich balance, complexity, and nuance.
Our maturation and blending process creates a rich caramel sweetness that balances perfectly with the Rye spice and the soft seasoned oak.
